Horrible experience with this company. I called and ordered well in advance to receive a product for a gift by a specific date and was told no problem. The date came and went and I e-mailed and was told something was dropped on it and was damaged. Missed the date. No apology. The replacement did not show up after 2 weeks and I had to proactively e-mail them and was told the product got damaged yet AGAIN and they offered me the damaged one for cheap or a more expensive one at a discount.
Thx for giving me a platform to "pee into the wind"!
I love Iron accents but I think it is going out of business. Or maybe moving.

Bought a jazz frog speaker 2 yrs ago. Bluetooth no longer connects. Tried to call for info. Every number I found had a recording saying I wasn't authorized to call. Willing to do what I can to make it work...just need info.
Plenty of other companies that do this, and do this better.
Great selection of iron works for home. Prices are reasonable.
